I am a creator, performer, and coach with a background in film, dance, and theatre. My process is informed by technique and grounded in instinct. I'm a storyteller, no matter the medium, no matter the craft. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, I now live outside the city growing veggies and wrangling my dogs!
